Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information when tracking is available.

Tracking

All shipped orders are provided with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation has been sent.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Delivery Delays

While we work to meet the estimated delivery times above, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe communicated at checkout, we will contact you with an updated timeframe and available options. For U.S. orders, advertised shipping timeframes should be based on a reasonable expectation that the order can be shipped as promised.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Any applicable charges imposed by customs or local authorities are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
