At Drip Luxx, we want you to be comfortable with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn and unused.
• The item must be in its original condition.
• The original packaging must be included.
• The item must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or modification.
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, washed, or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.

Please include:

• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• Photos of the item if requested

Do not send a return to an address provided outside of our official customer-service instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
